Jr. TSG Representative – Systems Consultant I

A Systems Consultant I facilitates the implementation and training on UPS Logistics Technologies proprietary software onsite at customer locations. Extensive travel is involved. The ability to facilitate multiple implementations in parallel is critical. Good communication skills (written and oral), judgment and the ability to work effectively with clients and other technical staff.

Customer Care Specialist/Help Desk LT-SCS

The Product Support Specialist I has prior customer service experience and technical abilities to provide phone and email support to our external customers. This person must effectively communicate with customers and co-workers to affect issue resolution. Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills are a must.
